Achievements Unlocked

The game now features a host of achievements, with more to come!  The UI to display the achievement collection is quite bare-bones at the moment, but don't let that stop you from tackling the new challenges. There are a few tough nuts among them, so best brace yourself.

Hint 1: To get a "Flawless Victory", you must solve all problems correctly, take no damage, and not let any asteroids reach the black hole.
Hint 2: The difficulty setting affects the final score.
Note: Balancing and achievement conditions are still subject to future tweaking.

Escalating Difficulty

Beware: The difficulty now speeds up exponentially with time! For casual players who are just trying to win, this change may only have a moderate impact. However, if you're competing for high scores or trying to unlock some of the harder achievements, things will get seriously intense. The metagame consists not of escaping the black hole as quickly as possible, but balancing between the event and escape horizons for as long as possible, while trying to rack up as high a combo multiplier as possible, and finally escaping at the last possible moment. At the same time, the asteroids and math problems come at you with increasing speed, requiring quick reflexes and rapid calculations if you are to avoid spaghettification.
